Create a Comfortable Space
Creating meaningful intentions requires a comfortable space in which you can focus. Whether that is alone in your room, at a local coffee shop, or gathering with friends, seek out the ideal environment for you to think and reflect.

Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to reflect and come up with meaningful goals. Try to explore different ideas and values over several days to avoid feeling rushed or overwhelmed. This time allows you to really determine what is important to you.
